Why doesn't the puzzle work?

The puzzle works on almost all computers, There are 2 reasons why it may not work on your computer. 1. Your computer does not support the technology required by the JigZone site. The jigsaw puzzle requires Java technology which is not supported by WebTV, Windows 3, or very old browsers. 2. Your computer supports the Java technology but it has been disabled. Java can be disabled from the browsers advanced options or by "very high" security settings.
