What a fantastic site! Silversmith

I want to thank you for all the informative information contained on your website regarding the care of silver & silverplate. I found it most informative & educational. I even marked your site as a "Favorites" spot! Collector

What a fantastic site! This is incredibly thorough, professional, well-done, easy to use, and lovely to look at! WOW! Where have I been? Hobbyist

I am not a silversmith but I want to thank you for your site on Silver Care. The site is very informative and useful and answered questions I had about some of my silver articles. Collector

Thank you so much for sending all the info. - current and previous newsletters. Anyhow, it is a pleasure to join your organization - and I will take advantage of the member benefits as well. I'm curious about the long distance phone pricing - will check it out before long. Appreciate your efforts - glad to see that silversmithing in the true sense is alive and well in America. Thank you for calling my attention to your workshop photos online. Since I am still a student, I haven't really had the opportunity to see many professional studios and how they are set up. I've never seen one that's so well equipped and organized. It's given me several good ideas to store away in my mind for future reference when I hope to someday set up my own studio space. Student

What is really useful to them are things like your presentation The 21st Century Silversmith. I like it too, you voice my concerns about teachers and their lack of standards of training. Professor of Silversmithing

Thanks for your Web site. I don't know where else I would have found out how to clean my corroded silver salt shaker. Appreciate your help! Collector

I'm a British silversmith, recently set up my workshop (after 20 years away from the bench) and loving it. I just strayed into the Silversmithing.com site which, though a lot of stuff is more applicable to someone working on your side of the pond, was really interesting. I found your 21st Century Silversmith article interesting and inspirational. I couldn't agree more when you point out that students should learn how to get rid of firescale (we tend to call it fire stain) and drag marks early on - learn how to get a good finish and then if you want to vary it deliberately then fine, but get the basics first. Good info. I will include this as a favorite! Jeweler

Your site has become a must for my students. Metal Arts College Professor

Love the site! Jeweler

It's the best Web site about silver—full of information and an easy way to get advise or support. All I miss, or haven't found yet, is a job market. Maybe it's not common or even necessary because everybody knows about each other. There is no organization in Europe like this. Silversmith

I just checked out your web page—I connected through the GBA site. What an awesome site! I don't have time right now to read everything, but I bookmarked it for future reference. I make copper enameled jewelry, and want to contact a few of your sources for epoxy and so on. Just had to tell you! Jeweler

Most enjoyable. Silversmith

Hi, thanks for sharing all the info, I will have to come back many times and I'm sure it will be great, keep up the super Web site! Hobbyist

Great site with depth & breadth...greater coverage of enamelling would be helpful. Designer

This is my first visit to the site...looks very interesting. Hobbyist

More information about finishing processes. Silversmith

I think in Italy and in the whole Europe there's not such a complete and interesting site. Italian Silversmith

What a nice visit I had. I'm a hobbyist turned jewelry artist—retired R.N.—who is eager to learn as much as I can about silver. While I truly enjoy the jewelry making/marketing it's the working of the metal that is my passion. I plan to venture into sculpture in the near future. Thanks again. Jeweler

I'm glad I discovered you. This is a great resource and a wealth of information! Jeweler

Thank God for a Web site that is so well organized and user-easy. Collector

I like what I have seen so far. Silversmith

Thank you. I'm glad to have found this site...and hope that my schedule permits exploring it at more depth. Jeweler

I love all the information that your site provides. I worked as a jeweler for a few years but now I'm doing it as a hobby. Hobbyist
